Was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. Staff was very friendly. Decent breakfast. If not satisfied with your choices, you can walk to Waffle Hounext door. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Didn't have any face cloths in washroom. Truck stop next door makes it noisy at times. Staff was nice. Sausage was under cooked.

I spent the weekend here technically Thursday thru Sunday and was VERY satisfied. The housekeeper came everyday to replace the towels and do the room (I jus wanted clean towels tho). When I arrived I asked for extra towels and the night shift guy was more then happy to accommodate my request. There is a $100 deposit that yu get back within 7-10 BUSINESS days if yu do not smoke in the room. The breakfast was pretty good too. There is waffles yu can make yourself, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, muffins, juice and coffee. It was a good experience overall the ONLY thing missing is a pool or jacuzzi. Ooh and there is no vending machines or pop machines either at this time. They do have room service yu can order tho.

I stayed here for a trip to Columbus to go to a concert. The hotel was close to the arena. The room was clean and comfortable. I slept well. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Overall, I would return.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Hilliard, OH, and overall, my experience was great. The staff was absolutely amazing—special thanks to Neal, Tanu, and Ryan for their outstanding service and hospitality. They made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. The price was very reasonable for the quality and comfort provided, which is always a plus. The only issue I noticed, which I hope can be improved in the future, was that the room had a bit of a smell. This was likely because the window couldn’t be opened, which made it hard to get fresh air inside. A simple solution like improved ventilation or refreshed air circulation would make the experience even better. Overall, great staff, great value, and I’d stay here again once that small issue is addressed.

Decent place to rest after a long drive. Rooms: fair; appears clean, can see old flashing lights by the hallway that needs changing, fully carpeted floors so it’s definitely dusty *sneezing all night Amenities: Ice machine, vending machine, wheelchair accessible, and elevator. Breakfast: Disappointing—expired yogurts, juices with a weird aftertaste. Save yourself the trouble and head to the Waffle House across the street.

A peaceful getaway for my writing! Waffle House next to it was a plus! They could increase cleaning frequency but overall not bad!

They don't have handy cap with double beds only king. Bath room didn't have wash cloths. The tub could of been cleaner. The room is really quiet and dark. Great for sleeping. Beds are also very comfortable.
